4 min walk to Middle Footscray Train station
10 min walk to Coles, Gym, Chemist, Kmart (all shops restaurants located at Barkly street)

Room rent = $250/week (including all bills)
Small Bungalow = $207/week (including all bills)
A professional cleaner cleans the house – $25/fortnight for professional cleaner.

Room Bond = $500 (two weeks rent)
Bungalow bond = $414 (two weeks rent)

About Housemates:
Currently four males live in the house who work full time.

– Two toilets
– One bathroom

Minimum stay is 3 to 6 months.
A contract will also be signed along with photo IDs and recent payslips.
